Years before Saquan Barkley dominated with the Giants he was an NUC Sports combine MVP. Here he is demonstrating a simple warmup drill with the ladder to improve your change of direction. I recommend repping this at a controlled pace and doing it 6-8 sets to get the feel of controlled change of direction.
