Thank you for your efforts. In all sincerity, you have changed my opinion of NUC Sports. If your responsiveness is an example of what the typical NUC experience is like, I believe my earlier frustration was the result of an isolated incident not indicative of NUC Sports overall. I’ve been so impressed by your actions I will recommend NUC Sports to parents and coaches. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service than you’ve provided. I went from feeling ignored to feeling like NUC Sports cared about the customers and athletes.
