Josiah Miller: Hammonton High School Football: 2025 DB/LB/RB named DB MVP at NUC All NorthEast Elite Prospect Camp !!!

Josiah Miller, a Junior at Hammonton High School in Hammonton, New Jersey recently attended the All NorthEast Elite Prospect Camp presented by NUC Sports and walked away with some MVP hardware.  The Elite Prospect Camp put on display some of the Tri-State’s top football talent from middle school through high school.  Players participated in NFL Combine like drills, agility work, individual positional skills, and one on one competition periods.  Overall, Miller really turned heads and is now being looked at as one of the area’s top players.

Miller, a 2025 prospect, attends Hammonton High School in New Jersey which is no stranger to top high school football players.  He had a fantastic day dominating all phases of the event.  He ran solid times, clocking a 4.67 in the 40, a 4.5.8 shuttle, and had a broad jump of 8’5””.  In the competition phase he played fast and physical, at 5.10” 185 pounds, his physicality and footwork may be his best attributes.

The 2025 DB/LB used his strength and power to press and jam opponents at the line of scrimmage throwing offensive guys off their routes and disrupting the timing of the opponents throws.  Josiah displayed great foot and hand placement when it came to his strike, disrupting guys from the start.  The athleticism he showcases also allows him to mirror his WR’s and make a play on the ball resulting in a couple of INT’s during the 1 v. 1 phase of the day.  He also used his high football IQ to play the angles in coverage and drive on throws with very little wasted movement.

It will be exciting to see how Miller handles his senior year as continues to develop and mature on and off the field.  The ability to play multiple positions, in terms of DB, LB and RB on the offensive side of the ball as a running back will allow him to see more reps and more plays, which in my eyes results in more success.
