In this play by Navy they utilize their number 1 outside play the speed sweep to draw the defense in and throw over the top of the defense with the sweep pass. The defense has to be so concerned with the sweep and the run because of the triple option, that as soon as the safety and corner read run they have to help in support thereby giving Navy the opportunity for some great trickeration.
