1 min readThis is important thing to understand From a recruiting standpoint as far as Development goes there's little to none From a development standpoint and what Coaches are looking for for a lot of Prospects now that's why the transfer Portal is so wild and that's why High School recruiting has Struggled they are looking for players That can have an impact right away Especially with the mindset of the fact That those players if they become really Good and they're a lower level they may Leave so they're constantly looking to Replenish with players that can come in And perform now there is a mix of what We would call development players the High school players that come in that Have a chance to have an impact right Away or can have an impact down the road And you got to have a stable of those Guys but you have to make sure that your Skills and your recruiting is at its Highest level and going on all cylinders Because there's a huge competition in The marketplace
