My own Son has the can doesn't like to doesn't Have this like he's really smart but he Doesn't have this ability to like let's Do things that are long and drawn out so I started working on him with stuff like With with run any any sprinting or or or Football or when he plays baseball or Basketball we do nothing we started Doing nothing when he was like six7 Years old for more than 15 minutes that Was it like we would we would dribble we It would be like and everything was Competitive it was like 20 right hand 20 Left hands five layups have to be made In the right five layups have to be make In the left um you got to make five Shots here five and it would be done in 15 minutes right and he loved it and I Was like Wow and we would do this with Everything I play baseball with him Outside it's like okay uh I want I want 10 pop flies 10 grounders like 10 Pitches um we we'll hit with like Because we we can't hit Baseballs in a Yard because we'll break some things but We use like a like those uh circle ball 10 10 swing and he's done and it's the Crazy part is 15 20 25 minutes he's Improved at everything he's done rapidly And we never work out for more than 15 20 minutes when I put him in in training With other people which you know you do Or
Practices He he'll be at the whole Practice he'll work hard but I don't see Him improve as much as when there's a Rapid like time clock on him like Hey we Got have time to think about it right Like when you just put something Together for a short even think about a Burst right for the most times when you Burst if you get a you know you got the Ball in your hand and you're bursting For 10 you're not thinking about much Other than I gotta go that's I mean and That's it that's the mechanics and when You keep going through that I think when You give those the opportunity to Overthink it that's when you get in Trouble talk talk about the gaster thing
