No we were working on what we had to do In the game basically the hour and 40es Like we might have did 20 minutes of Stuff in the beginning and and we never We never did Stretch lines we we we Actually started our practice with and Then I I told Derek this it was the Greatest thing I ever did we started our Practice with three 20 yard Hills so we Could get some power and speed and Before we did because we didn't have Time to lift either we didn't we this Team couldn't really lift as much that Team went to the state champ eventually Went to state championship at 1.1 like 17 to 19 games and um when I left there They went from one of the worst teams Into one of the best in north Jersey Okay and I always thought about that I Was like wow that was amazing because I Was forced into it and it made me a Better Coach like I had I we we didn't Never ran we never ran gassers we didn't Have time it was really because we Didn't have time right and I talk i' I've heard you're thinking of Gast so Many times which I think is phenomenal Um and I'll let you talk about that but But we never had time to run we we had To do everything we need to do in the Practice get everything done be ready For for the game and and the truth is Most of the time we practice an hour and A half the kids would be like we're done

I'm like we're done you know like we Were so fast we had to move so fast that Sometimes we would finish ahead because I was it was in my head the bus is Coming at I can't remember what time it Was but whatever the bus is coming
