And uh that's what that's how it got Published that's how you know it got Done but I really I think it's a good Book I you know I don't want to put Words in Derek's mouth but I go from my Time that I started I didn't know Anything about the option and uh I was Coaching at a high school as a permanent Sub and I was going to be their Offensive coordinator even though I Didn't know my my butt from a watermelon And Um so so anyway I so I didn't know Anything about he and the guy said I Want to run the wishbone well the only Wishbone I ever dealt with was with a Turkey so I mean I I didn't know Anything so naturally I did what any Normal human would do I called Daryl Royal I wrote a letter to Daryl Royal Explained my Dilemma and uh lo and behold he invited Me down for spring practice
