The football story of Brett Favre Brett Favre is a former American football Quarterback who is widely regarded as One of the greatest players in the History of the sport He played in the National Football League NFL for 20 Seasons from 1991 to 2010 primarily for the Green Bay Packers But also played for the Atlanta Falcons New York Jets and Minnesota Vikings Farv was born on October 10 1969 in Gulfport Mississippi He attended the University of Southern Mississippi and played college football For the golden eagles from 1987 to 1990. During his time in college farf set Numerous passing records and was named The Conference USA offensive player of The year in 1989 and 1990. In the 1991 NFL draft farf was selected In the second round by the Atlanta Falcons He played for the Falcons for one season Before being traded to the Green Bay Packers in 1992.
