The communication in recruiting has radically changed
1 min readLet me tell you how recruiting has Absolutely changed over the 20 years Since I've been here it has gone from College coaches responding to High School coaches or responding to people That reach out with hey yeah we got your Film we'll take a look at it to Absolutely no response at all luckily I've built a lot of relationships I'm Able to get at least response that People are taking a look at film and and Being able to evaluate them because I Know so many guys have being here for so Many years but it is a problem in this Process and I think the college coaches That are going to succeed are the ones That make sure they have systems in Place that in the recruiting process Communicate with prospects potential Prospects current prospects and have a Great system there because if you don't Have a system of communication in the Recruiting process and you just shut Down people over time that devalues Relationships and that's not a good Thing
