Reaction to Bruce Arians talking about coaching industry
1 min readBasically Bruce Aran said here um he Tells his coaches not to Miss rido Football game he'll fire him if they do So I think it's a great statement for Coaches here and you know he makes a Further statement about it as well that He may have missed a lot that he may Have missed a lot of things in his past You know by hearing guys sleeping in the Office and this is the culture in in College coaching and NFL coaching and I Think that that part is going to change Over time because you're going to lose Great coaches because of the the will Willingness to put everything aside I Think you need to have a little bit of Balance obviously working in football is Difficult timec consuming um but you Have to be able to be more efficient in How you do it in your processes and Analytics and stuff like that gives Coach the opportunity to really Structure their their whole entire System so they can make the most use of Their time like any other business um And you can to have people work harder And longer but you don't have to Sacrifice everything to be the best
