Michael Uini: Copperas Cove High School Football New 5 Star says it starts with “Hard Work”
Michael Uini, a junior at Copperas Cove High School in Texas, has recently been lauded for his football excellence. He recently earned a five-star rating from NUC Sports, and is seen as a top prospect for college football.
Uini has been playing football since he was a young child, and attributes much of his success to the hard work and dedication he put in while growing up. He treats training like a game and has gained recognition for his development. Each work out has a specific purpose and goal, designed to create a gameday like enviornment.
Michael has always been a major contributor to his team, but his work ethic and natural athletic ability really began to shine through during his junior year. During this time, he proved himself to be a team leader and a reliable asset on the field.
In terms of physical ability, his 6.7′ 280 pounder is a natural athlete. He has quick feet and is a great leaper, making him a powerful presence on the Offensive Line as well as a starter for the Copperas Cove High School Basketball Team.
Additionally, his strength and football IQ are incredibly high. All of these attributes helped him earn his five-star rating from NUC Sports.
Uini is being recruited by some of the top college football programs in the country. His future looks bright, and it seems likely that he will gain even more recognition and success in the future. He is sure to go far in his collegiate career, with over 35 offers he has his pick of schools. Alabama, Flortda, TCU, USC, Oregon, Nebraska, Michigan, Georgia, Baylor, and Texas are all currently on the table.
Off the field, he is a leader both in the locker room and in the community. His work ethic is a great example for the younger players. Those kids are looking for something to look up to, a role model.
