Coach Schuman here we'll talk about what Makes a a great leader in my opinion When you're thinking about the great Leaders of the past and the traits that They've had just in my experience Coaching for 20 years I'm running my own Business and just working with young Athletes for over the years there's some Things that really make a great leader And whenever you talk about great Leaders we notice a trend and qualities Uh that they all have that are in common And the secret behind their excellent Leadership roles we analyze their traits Are different traits that we're going to Talk about this first trait is called Devotion Help if you were devoted to making sure You get what you want most importantly Devotion is equality not expressed in Words but exhibited in efforts [Music] Great leader that exhibits that is Abraham Lincoln made every possible Effort to abolish slavery and made it Happen Benjamin Franklin could have just Stopped at writing books in his old Bookshop but he continued devote his Life to improving the quality of life Within the colonies and drove him to Rise as a political figure devotion and Dedicating yourself to a Cause [Music] And sticking it through is a key
Attribute to becoming a great leader so When you're trying to strive to do the Best you can in the leadership role Having Devotion to everyone you work With and to the cause is a key attribute Of becoming a great leader this is an Attribute that you want to have and Continue to work on every single day
