Dominic Nicolosi: Temple High School Football – 2027 RB/LB makes a statement at the NUC All-American Game bringing home MVP honors !!!
Dominic Nicolosi, is a sophomore at Temple High School in Temple, Georgia. The 2026 athletic OL/DL recently competed in the NUC All-American Game in Savannah, Georgia and was tabbed as one of the best overall players on both levels at the event.
Nicolosi, a 2026 prospect, played and started as a sophomore at Temple High School in west Georgia this past season. He was named a First Team All Region 4a D1 guy to go along with an All-State Honorable mention accolade. He currently holds a 3.5 GPA and looks to continue his path in the game of football, eventually playing at the next level.
The 6-4 285 pound lineman showed off tremendous talent throughout the week. Nicolosi played in both the “Varsity” and “Junior Varsity” games, the NUC-All American game is broken down into 2 separate events mainly divided by age and/or playing experience. He played with a high level of maturity and composure for just a sophomore. The athletic big man displayed a very quick first step, allowing him to fire off the football and get into opposing defenders before they could even get their hands up. Lining up on both sides of the ball, as both an Offensive Lineman and Defensive Lineman really showcased his ability and desire to compete. He even attempted and made an extra point!
What was your favorite part of playing in the NUC All-American Game?
“The best part about playing in the game was getting to compete with top notch guys and learning I could dominate, as well as learning from a different coaching staff!”
How do you feel participating in the NUC All-American Game will help you in your future football endeavors?
“I learned what I could do against players that were older and from bigger programs which allowed me to see where I am at!”
Why should younger players like yourself play in the NUC All-American Game?
“To be seen by a different audience but at the same time to get better to compete with top notch guys and learn from a different coaching staff. I had never played in a spread offense, and now I have!”
The NUC All-American Game is hosted annually over winter break for most High Schools. The game is made up of student athletes from all over the country who practice together with coaches and players that are gathered from across the nation. It allows players the opportunity to go and compete against some of the top talent across the nation while gaining more exposure on a national level.
