Okay when getting in the linebacker Stands the second part of this whole Thing is now once you have your stance Proper okay feet slightly pigeon-toed Hands aside these hands become leverage Points for you to push off in one Direction or the other that's a very Important thing the ability to push off One direction yeah I like to keep my Feet okay right in line with my Shoulders that when I pitch until it Almost slightly outside of my my Shoulders but it allows me to push off The ball of my foot that's the key Pushing off the ball of my foot into the Direction so we don't want to have any False steps as a linebacker okay we want To have good standpoint stance we want To be able to push off see I haven't put If I'm going to the left my right hand I'm pushing off with it for going to the Right Pushing off so I don't have to come Forward I don't have to have any issues There wait my feet are flat but I got The weight slightly on the balls of my Feet that will allow for maximum Explosion in any direction that we're Gonna go from a linebacker stance now You're in good stance if you notice here Butts down okay I'm nice and low my eyes Are up I could see where I'm going I can Make my reads and I could be explosive
