[Music] Welcome again to coach humans Florida elite qb receiver camp uh this Is coach schuman talking and And i'm gonna go through this drill that The second drill will show you here Which is Uh the catch and fire drill where the Quarterback's objective is to get the Ball Out of their hands as quick as possible And the receiver's objective is to run Around get their hands out in front of Them as quick as possible This drill is great for improvement Quarterback's release The speed of his release it gets the Forces to be as Accurate as you can while getting the Ball out of his hands So it teaches him to not fumble around With the football when he has it in the Pocket As opposed to figuring out how to get Rid of it as quickly as possible This will quicken up the speed of of how Fast you can get rid of the ball Which is a key aspect uh to play in the Quarterback position how fast you get Rid of the ball and how accurate and how Much speed is The key to having some great success at Quarterback enjoy the drill
