I always wondered Why no university has said I'm G to make Coaching a major sports coaching Specifically not coaching because There's life coaches and all this stuff I mean Sports coaching and they try to They try to get around it right because They'll do like you could take a Leadership course right or you could Take a psychology course which yes you Need all of those have some knowledge of Some of those things to be able to deal With it but that's kind of where going At with this is that for almost every Other profession out there you have to Go through testing and trial and error And start from the bottom with student Teaching and Mentor underneath other People and watch what they do before you Can go on this Runway yourself but for Some reason in the sports world it's Good enough just to say hey I played Four years at college basketball
