what you learn going from head coach to offensive coordinator
The way we practice the best way the way We lift is the best way the way Whatever however you run the program you Don't get a chance to see how other People are doing it you know what I mean So so it's been kind of neat to take a Step back and you know there's some Things I picked up where oh yeah I'm Definitely gonna do that and there's Also things where I've said you know What I think we were kind of on the Right track a little bit Do you do you view So I you know I've been through it a Couple times myself Um Do you view it as an opportunity to Take a step back from a responsibility Step even though you're obviously office Coordinator uh but from a responsibility Standpoint meaning all right uh Mom and Dad mom's angry or Dad's angry there's a Head coach yeah How's the delegation from that that Standpoint Um you know I I remember uh
