BJs or a Costco to get food for our guys At preseason stuff like I just feel when You lead by example that way other guys Are not afraid then to do the little Things and I'm asking our staff to do That so when you hire a guy and I'm like Hey guys we got do this we G do that and It's to give the student athletes a Great experience and that's my big Belief of that so when I look for a Coach I look for the type of person he Is first um and then I want to know if They can recruit and they can develop Players um as far as like coaching I Think that's the easiest piece of it you Know I think a lot of guys can coach but Can they recruit
