Think it's important for our athletes to Care to know that we care about them um And and sometimes we don't show that Very well but in terms of uh coach what You're talking about fairness yeah I I Made the I made the statement earlier on About that's not fair and then I then I Kind of backrack the appearance of Failure appearance of fairness I think That's more important because it's hard To be fair because life's not fair in Almost every way but the appearance of Failure to a teenager sometimes oh yeah They they struggle with that and and it Doesn't mean once again that that you're Going to stroke their ego for for two Hours a day and you've got to only worry You got to walk around on eggshells Worried about what they feel all the Time but you do have to have a little Bit more communication than maybe we Would have had we need to we need to set Those expectations clear enough so that Those teenagers understand secondly we Need to then let our actions Uh be aligned with what we just said and Oftentimes we're not doing that either You know our actions betray our words We're a little inconsistent or even Hypocritical with what we say um but Then third thing is we've got to have Those lines of communication open a Little bit so and and you mentioned it Football football there's a lot of
