Feed the cats man Hey listen I apply to Feed the cat stuff as much as I can so Our entire program is gonna be based Around that man and my our track coach Does it winter and spring and all for it Yeah the feed feed the cats uh yeah I'm Curious to see uh how because I'm I'm Applying it right now even with my like With my son and uh I'm curious to see When he runs Track um the the the the results of it Because it's interesting now we're doing Mostly on grass we do it mostly on grass That's okay he's gonna be mostly on Grass but yeah right but I actually have Him work out do the Sprints with track Spikes on and oh you got him nice yeah Yeah yeah I have you know why because he Runs in the spring so um you think he's Gonna be a Sprinter yeah he's a sprinter he's he's Long bro you better teach him hurdles Yeah yeah come on dad dad's got that Hurdle thing he got him follow in those Footsteps buddy yeah I mean he won't do That until for another couple years but But the um I see his hips it it's I'll Tell you I tell you what's so Interesting and I always kind of used it A version like I was a little I was Probably more like I probably did more Work than than according to his plan Than necessary oh of course you know uh But the uh I think that's just the way
We always were where you got to work Harder you got to do that you know what I mean mean like we're not programmed to Do the things that he does we're not Programmed to do that dude that's not How we were it was more is better and Fight through it to get better and all That stuff like that's not we're just Not programmed like that but I'm Noticing that like um just doing these Things I only do it probably twice a Week maybe and uh and and hly it might Take 20 minutes maybe maybe um I'm if it Takes 20 minutes I would H yeah probably Takes about 20 minutes after like you Warm up a little bit but TW it takes About 20 minutes dude I'm telling you I'm like this this kid looks like he's Flying you know like I'm like wow so I'm Curious to try when we get to the spring Because we still have a few more months Right guess it's it's it's November
