It's really just a matter of you know Engaging folks to continue to believe in The the vision of where we say we want To go right and Yukon is a phenomenal Institution and again I I tell people Here yeah we've got our challenges here You know and I knew that I knew that Coming in um and there are people that Might be used to the golden days of of Yukon and Yukon Athletics and they may be lamenting that For a little bit but the truth of the Matter is even with you know the Challenges that the institution has had We're still on an upward trajectory 100% And and I you know having traveled again Traveled around the country served on Various boards presented at different Highered conferences i' write a list of Aund Institutions right now that would Trade their problems today at this Instance for Yukons Absolut right uh and we've got we've got Bright dedicated people all across this Institution and looking forward to Getting to know them and getting to to To work with them Phil um the one the Two things that I truly believe Define You number one is work ethic you have a Tremendous tremendous work ethic there's No job too small no job too big you'll Do whatever it takes to have success and The other word that comes to mind is Ambition
