Yeah but what he didn't know was and I Even want to even explain to him well Why you sleeping in your house and you Comfortable wherever you slept at my Phone was ringing at 11 12 o'clock and I Was doing delivery and paying for kids To eat because they didn't have no food Exactly skipping went down fights went Down referrals went down I well me and This guy um Steve Higgins and a couple Other staff members we implemented uh Restor the Practice um so we talked the kids how to Manage they Feeling yeah and then he let me take Charge of PD of teaching teachers and The staff the difference between empathy And sympathy because a lot of kids don't Want they don't know that yeah they want They want empathy so you know so the Skipping went down referrals went down Academics went up and we even had Restored the practice to a point where We even let the teachers fill it out if They wanted to have mediation with the Student
