Right and to me that's real important as A head coach that that's the experience They get right and I think that's Awesome coach that's that's totally a Different you know even just by saying That that's a different approach because I think a lot of these guys just go to These college camps and they think hey I'm here to run a fast 40 I gotta jump Far right I I gotta hit I gotta Crush my Shuttle uh and then I gotta perform you Know one-on ones and whatnot and then Ultimately I'm here so I can get a Scholarship when in reality guys I think Need to look at this really more like a Little in a little bit of a different Way and say hey look I can go
