The story of Nick Sabin Nick Sabin is an American football coach who is currently The head coach of the Alabama Crimson Tide football team he was born in Fairmont West Virginia on October 31st 1951 Sabin played college football as a Defensive back at Kent State University And then began his coaching career as a Graduate assistant at the University of Toledo he then served as an assistant Coach at various colleges and in the NFL Before becoming a head coach in 1995 he Was hired as head coach of the Michigan State Spartans leading the team to a 34241 record in Five Seasons he then Took over as head coach of LSU in 2000 And led the team to a National Championship in 2003 in 2007 Sabin was Hired by the Alabama Crimson Tide where He has led the team to Six National Championships 2009 2011 2012 2015 2017 And 2020 and numerous SEC titles he is Widely considered one of the greatest College football coaches of all time It's likely that Nick's father instilled In him a strong work ethic and a sense Of discipline which are values that are Often associated with his coaching style Additionally his father being a Croatian-american it's likely that Nick Sabin learned some of the values of his Heritage and culture and it's possible That it could have a great impact on how He views life and work the Elder Sabin
