I think just the overall plan he has um You know is phenomenal it's just it's Very detailed I mean he's very mindful Of what's going on with the players I Mean he's at lunch every day and he's Greeting every kid as they walk in and And he's asking them about their day and He truly cares you know so he really you Know tries to develop them I think Holistically because I think that's That's kind of some of the magic when You get a you know good teams with the Chemistry and uh you those guys all Pulling together you've got to have you Know comes from the top you know he Cares about them and then and he wants Coached hard you know that's the thing He wants those guys uh developing he Wants them put in tough situations um And he wants them to reach their their Fullest potential so um it's been Exciting you know like I said you know Different than than Mike but um a lot of Similarities you know a lot of Similarities there some old school stuff In there which which I kind of I kind of Vibe with you know some some of the new Age you know uh softer stuff you know Not not so much but these you know these Guys are tough and and they they want to Play hard they want our guys to play Hard they want to be challenged and uh I Do too you know just as a coach
