Um then there's uh the guy at Indiana Who is obviously been a lifer but know Knows how to he wasn't a head coach Until he's 50 but he has he's developed Himself a system and how he does things That is is very combines the old with The new you know so he really kind of he Gets the new system he understands it And then he leverages a lot of his older Old you know Old School principles at The same time I mean that's probably if You're a lifer coach that's probably you Know the kind of guy you have to be Right so um but there's a there's a lot Of there's a mix of different things Like you know Lincoln Riley people Thought Lincoln Riley would be wildly Successful at USC he's struggling um I Think I think part of that is really the Pack 12 other than Oregon is when those Pack 12 teams go Anywhere else to another conference I Think part of it is um you know P 12 Really isn't that strong and um when They got to play a hammer schedule every Single week like the big 10 I think that That has an impact
