Welcome to another successful life Podcasts coach Schumann here wanted to Make this this is my hundredth broadcast Successful life podcast over last three Years and this is the milestone 100 and I think no better one today talk about Than Father's Day Father's Day is one of Those days and and me being a father That I think is in our time today the Most important among the most important Holidays to celebrate and beyond [Music] Spending time with your father it's About understanding what it takes to be A dad and the importance of being a dad In today's society the importance that Father's play in the role of their Children and the Forgotten benefits of Every father and their role as dad Without fathers you don't have someone To teach the boundaries between right And wrong in a way that a young man can Only understand without fathers you Don't have someone to protect their Daughters from people that seek to do Them harm they also stand as a shoulder To cry on a male figure that they can Understand and relate to so one day they Make great decisions for their own Partner see I think one of the things That we've gotten away from Is the desire to understand how Important both parents are in Development of our children development
Of right and wrong understanding how to Do their very best setting boundaries Correcting things when there's mistakes And fathers that become dads who love Their children are critical to helping To shape a society of people who Understand how to do the right thing who Understand how to behave that work with Their mothers whether they are together Or apart but actively in their Children's lives and prover preferably Together but actively working in their Children's lives to help improve them See the biggest thing that we have to be Able to do is to be able to appreciate And respect the role that fathers and Dads play in children's lives sometimes You have fathers that spend all their Time with their children but others that Are simply there as a stability factor The stability and understanding of both The mother and father in the development Of children is in my opinion one of the Key indicators for a lifetime success Without both parents playing an active Role and child's development they do not Get the full picture of what it's like To be A person that succeed that could be a Successful member in society and can Have a positive impact the roles that Fathers and dads play in their Children's lives through the joy the Sadness the moments the lifetime
Achievements to pick them up when they Fail that active role in their child's Life has positive ramifications 20-30 Years down the line I've seen it with my Own father I came from a divorced family And my father's active role in being a Father figure and a support factor Throughout my life has been the other Parent that I could always go to and Someone that's become my best friend That I can always lean on for anything If there was a void there in my life There's no doubt that would have had a Significant impact in a negative way But because my father stayed around and Stayed important in my life It helped me to fight through some of The challenges that I would have had to Fight through in life and not have to Only go it alone but to have someone That I could talk to now not everybody's Going to have a situation where it's Perfect not everybody's gonna have a Situation where they will have a father For some reason and sometimes mothers Fill a certain role but it is critical For every person to have a father a dad And someone to play that role in their Lives because without it you miss a Large part of what you can become and Dads as we continue to move into to the 2030 decade Understand the role of dads and to bring Back the active role of dads in our
Lives to make it important that fathers Are in our children's lives and the Impact that they have on society instead Of brushing it under the rug and Dismissing it celebrate fathers Celebrate dads and celebrate the impact That they have in children's lives They are the rock and the foundation They are the one along with the mother That will shape together our future Happy Father's Day Coach human success for life 100 podcast
