Dud I'm telling you like when I coach These kids individual train I we talked About this I do things differently on Each day I have like a teaching day like I have working short routes intermediate Routes deeper routes all those different Things sometimes it's all play action Stuff sometimes it's shotgun stuff Sometimes it's really to bust your butt And get your ass in shape kind of a deal With bands and over speed and resistance Training sometimes it's deep balls Because I want to strengthen yarm and Work on deep ball accuracy I never do The same thing every day each day we Train that's why literally three days a Week preferably maybe four and one is Like a nice little soft toss like work On your footwork work on Corrections Fundamentals all those things that would Be like the fourth day if we were to get Into a fourth day but you NE like you Said you don't want to kill the guy's Arms you don't want to kill the guy's Legs because if you do that at that Young of age or even in high school age You're going to not get the proper reps That you need they're going to they're Going to be fatigued they're going to Lose focus on their their fundamentals Because what they want want to go to Training yeah and they want to show out All the time it's not about making a kid Feel completely sore
But there are days where you need to do Certain things it's like that's why I Want you to go look at look up Tony Holler the score thing it I was I was Even that was even hard for me to wrap My head around yeah but I started doing More and more of what he talks about
