Compared to everybody Else 16 Golds 15 Silvers nine bronze Medals 40 total now I you know we've Seen Jamaica been great and dominant in The last few years but they've only won Eight Olympic medals in the 100 meter Dash they've won three okay in uh uh Golds which were I think all Usain Bolt Four Silvers and one bronze and um Great Britain is w nine so they're second with Four Golds two no one else and United States has 40 40 40 40 it's Unbelievable uh as far as how many Medals that they've won In the 100 meter dash there's nobody Remotely close to United States Canada's Won seven Trinidad Tobago won four Soviet Union 2 and then I mean that's The top 10 nobody's even close so it's It's incredible the amount of medals That the United States has won in 100 Meter dash with noes winning that 100 Meter dash um in that close very very Close photo finish uh a lot of people Ask questions about like how how you This person head in front his legs it Goes by the Torso the Torso which is the Shoulders okay all the way down uh to The waistline that's the Torso that Counts for the 100 meter dash and that's What counts for for for the actual Difference Maker but the United States Is 140 no one is even close it's four Times as many medals as anybody else and
From a gold medal standpoint four times As many as the second closest which is Great Britain to give you an IDE idea of The other 100 meters when Usain Bolt Won the 100 meter dash uh in his last Olympics well let's go let's go to the Italian Marcel Jacobs he W ran 980 the Second that was the next closest one of All time was 998 was six there were two People that were disqualified so 0.18 Separated difference there uh if you go Back to some of Usain bolts ones where He ran 969 he set the world record place Was 10.03 so what is that 34 difference That's a huge difference between him and It was 0.2 from him to to second place So the closest 100 meter dash of all Time one by Noah ly one by five 1000s of A second until next time Coachman Signing off
