Yeah Uh so like if you just look at Power Equation um speed is probably the Biggest component in it right Um force is mass times acceleration Right without the acceleration part you Have all the mass you could push all the Mass in the world there's no there's no Force you know so if you go back to like Simple physics it just it just it adds Up right it makes sense you know um and It's not to say that there are times That you don't want to focus on on some Heavy strength some high strength Outputs and really get those numbers up That's not to say that that the right Amount of mass won't help in the the Overall equation but as as long as you Can move it with with the relative speed That you need to be able to move it at Right
