So it's a different kind of training Because you have to the way I was Trained I was trained like in speed Training as well as distance training You know so I ran indoor outdoor and Cross country you know so it just Depends on like you know what kind you Are whereas if you run like the mile You're like it's more like a pace thing You know correct right like my say um he Would say distance is Discipline and yes when you you so you Don't have to naturally have like a Talent like a you know some people are Just born with speed um to be a distance Runner you have to have discipline you Have to you you you you know you can go Out there and discipline yourself and And run uh a certain amount of amount of Miles and like be a winner in like you Know I wouldn't say necessarily the mile Or the 800 but like the 3200 or Something like that or like a cross Country meet because it's it's really a Discipline thing that like derck would Always say distance Runners have Discipline
