A I'm punch to the hands type situation So getting them to be able to read body Language um uh so I do a lot of drills Where I'm full speed you're in the trail Position if I continue to you know if I Don't break stride and you and you get To my hip look for the ball that means That ball is going to be over my Shoulder now if you're catching up and I'm starting to slow down that's an Indicator of an underthrown or a back Shoulder ball so now once you get to the Hit instead of looking over you know Your field shoulder you might want to Turn into the receiver and start to look Towards that back shoulder so just doing A whole bunch of I study all right like What does a re like when a receiver like When DK Meaf catches a fade um nine times out of 10 it's going to be high and outside It's rarely over the shoulder he likes To use his body um so uh I make that a Drill where now I'm the receiver and now I'm slow and I'm decelerating and then My hands you know my hands are going to Go high and outside training that DB to Get to get to the body if he slows down And and his shoulder starts to move Towards the sideline now I know what you Know that Ball's going to be somewhere Over there
