Luther Aso: Liberty High School Football : 2027 named OL MVP at the NUC All-West Elite Prospect Camp !!!

Luther Aso, a member of the Liberty High School football team in Henderson, Nevada  recently participated in an early off-season showcase presented by NUC Sports in which he put his talents on display earning himself the OL MVP award.

Aso, a freshman at the Clark County school, had a fantastic day dominating his competition in both drill and competition periods.  He displayed great strength and power throughout the entire session.  The 2027 prospect showed off his athleticism during the agility portion of the day.  He really showcased his ability to change direction and displayed great overall agility skills.  Participants went through a variety of drills to display their overall agility ability as well as speed.  He exhibited quickness and excellent lateral movement throughout the agility station period of the workout.

Luther or LJ as sometimes referred to, immediately turned heads with fantastic footwork and technique in position specific drills, especially for a 5.8” 221 pound high school freshman.  His footwork was smooth and sharp, his steps were fast and technically sound, with little head movement all the while keeping great balance throughout each rep.  He displayed excellent kickback and snaps from the center position.

In terms of physical ability, he has a quick first step, allowing him to fire off the ball.  You could tell his football knowledge and IQ are above average in terms of overall understanding of the game itself.

LJ will compete against some of the best talent in the state as he moves into his sophomore campaign.  His potential to grow both mentally and physically are extremely high.  His body and mind will continue to mature.  The one thing that separates him from others is the fact that he is a true competitor and will continue to work hard to improve.
