They're an underassman they feel Intimidated so those guys can be that You know olive branch or that bridge to You and I think that's a great part of It right and then Dave always talks About especially now because you know he Was always a high school coach and now He's gone into more so youth coaching With his son and whatnot and the Competition based just it's unbelievable If you're telling a kid like "Hey man You're running this 40." But if you now Say "Hey you're running this 40 against This Person." Totally different game changer In terms of like now that kid that Doesn't want to run that 40 sure as hell Wants to run that 40 because that stuff Is huge coach like absolutely yeah
