I think it's Kaden I said play football He said I'm I bowl I said you bowl now I Gotta get kissed from the bowling Program yeah To what whatever it takes and wherever They come from it does not matter it Doesn't matter if they they could play The hallways in the cafeteria and a lot Of those kids that you find like I Always try to talk to the wrestlers to Play because I know two years ago we had A kid that never played football in his Life he was a great wrestler and he Turned out to be a great football player For us and all he had to do was you have One job you got to do a And and if you do that you'll you'll Play he had one of the biggest sacks in School history when we beat Cherokee in 2021 he had a strip sack in Cherokee we Were 14-point Underdog against them and We won um and it's because of that kid That never played football in his life That just made a play because he was a Programmed kid and he did what he asked To Do um yeah and that that that makes all The difference you wouldn't get a kid Like that if you didn't have an Established culture right where like hey You went out sought that kid and had a Conversation and said look man like we Would love for you to be a part of our Culture and how we do things and you
Know you have those conversations where You know he understands like wow this Might this is something that I really Want to be a part of because you know Those guys are hard to get them to sign Up it's like Bud you're practicing four Days a week to play one game like you Don't have multiple matches a week you Don't have multiple games a week There's A lot a lot of times it Takes involved And a lot of times it takes them just to Come out to the field and see after day One
