Fletcher Westphal: Tuscarora High School Football – Big Time OL earns 5 Star Ranking from NUC Sports !!!

Fletcher Westphal, a junior at Tuscarora High School in Leesburg, Virginia has recently been lauded for his football excellence. The monster OL recently attended an NUC Event in which his dominance was visible first hand.  He solidified his spot and earned a five-star rating from NUC Sports, and is seen as a top prospect for college football.

The 6 foot 8’ 330 pounder plays with a nasty streak.  Fletcher has great get off which allows him time to get into defensive players chests and control where he wants them to go.  The athleticism is undeniable and his quick feet allow him to play both sides of the ball.  Projected as an Offensive Tackle in college, his balance and strength will give him an edge over others.

In terms of physical ability, Fletcher is a natural athlete as previously noted.  He has great speed for a guy his size, he’s been clocked at 4.8 in the 40 yard dash. Additionally the OT jumps 100 “ in the Broad Jump, has an 84” Wing Span, 10” hands, and a size 18 shoes.  All of these attributes helped him earn his four-star rating from NUC Sports.

The 3.7 GPA holder is currently being recruited by some of the top college football programs in the country.  He currently holds over 30 offers.  His future looks bright, and it seems likely that he will gain even more recognition and success in the future. He has a BIG TIME Spring visit list that includes Florida State, Florida, Michigan State, Michigan, Tennessee, Georgia, Clemson, Auburn, NC State, Arkansas, Kansas, and Washington. 

Off the field, Westphal is a hard working humble kid.  He does a ton of off the field work with veterans.  He gives support, places Wreaths at Arlington National Cemetery, and has even been a part of helping with veteran parades and ceremonies.  Fletcher also organized the sending of holiday cards to deployed soldiers.  Leadership comes naturally, he is a great example for the younger players.
