So it's all elements of trying to like Right now my big thing with with our Kids is getting them to be comfortable Being uncomfortable right so I think That's a big like differentiator in Success is that you have some kids and Some teams or some coaches that they Just don't really like being Uncomfortable right but when you're Uncomfortable that's where progress Happens you know because you either you Know it's like should I get off the pot Man like you know you either got to Figure this out or you're not going to Figure it out and if you're not figure It out you're just you're just not going To succeed so you know they're all like Little tidbit life lessons through all Of this stuff but you know the Underlying thing is that with any growth Right on the court off the court with Anything that you do if you stay here And you stay status quo like I'm just so Comfortable I'm just G to do this every Day I'm never gonna that's fine if That's all you want as a result right Like if you just want to do that then Have at it that's not me right but I Respect that if that's you but that's Not going to be anybody that place for Me right because you got to be Uncomfortable or be comfortable being Uncomfortable all the time in a game you Know in every situation and if you want

To be really successful at anything in Life you have to embrace those moments Right
