We have parent meetings the day we meet With our team we have parent meetings And we kind of go through the same thing We talk to them as the players this is What we these are Expectations um this is where we're Going to go forward this is what we Expect out the kids are in practice we Expect them to be on time we have a list Of rules and demands for each day the Discipline part the character part as Much as we're trying to fix the culture Here we want to fix the culture outside Of the school too that the are on board With what we're doing being on time Wearing the same colors on the field the Kids are so quick to blame their parents I'm like you take responsibility you Make your absolutely you're at that age Now you can have a conversation with Your parents you know what I mean you're Going to have to have some of these Uncomfortable conversations as you get Out of school and in your in life
