He didn't train for Football yes and and that top speed Thing is so important one of the things I love to talk about is uh Florida State Uh when Willie tager the worst coach in America uh was coaching in Florida State He has rough run he has a hell of an Agent because he keeps getting head jobs Okay a lot of these guys do it the right Way I don't know how they do it but they Make it happen I mean you got some Jimbo Fisher making 78 million to sit home and Play checkers yep it's a good gig um so So what Willie had an opener where Florida state was the favorite and they Had like a dozen cramps in the fourth Quarter and Willie threw the team under The bus they didn't listen about Hydration they weren't drinking the Pickle juice blah blah blah blah blah And you know if our guys don't buy into What we tell them that's on them blah Blah blah and what what I want to tell Willie is that you know there were Probably really hot days in August Yeah where they practice three hours or Two hours in the morning two hours in The afternoon how many cramps did they Have doing that there you go done you Know you know what causes cramps an Overactive nervous response to right Heavy contractions and and basically It's this if you Practice at at 10 miles an hour and try

To play it 20 mil an hour you're going To cramp it's not it's not not the sure Hydrate and all that stuff is fine but The problem with with most coaches is That they practice slow and try to play Games fast fast and the only way you can Practice Fast is by having built-in recovery a Built-in halftime in practice right a Buil in I mean coaches still hate water Breaks they hate it used to be Punishment right like you ain't getting Order yeah there there's a coach a Successful Um in Illinois that used to have the Water a quarter mile away from the field And he said be back in 3 minutes the SC Be like F this
