Day 153 of everyday steak General where I cook a steak every day just because I Love steak got another four pack of Costco New York strips sides okay Standard deed to pick them up standard These are much thicker than my normal Staks especially a New York strip that You'd get from Walmart both one just a Little bit longer that I normally don't Show it but on a thick steak like this I Will temp it and really congratulations You figured out Ste 101 out um I think You're supposed to take it off for Medium or rare I'm not really sure I Take it off at about 110 115z I nice job Ni jar get the mushrooms going and the Butter like I said my favorite sounds Good I just L soul but sounds Fine I think it added a lot of flavor
