No I just I really appreciate the fact That you um have I know you told me that You spoke to Bethany and Trisha I Appreciate the fact that you cover TR Yeah yeah I'm trying to yeah I'm trying To I can um link you with some it's some So many wonderful people um from track I Don't know if you remember my roommate Lisa um love her she she she's refused To come on but if you if if you can get Her to come on I would love to have her I love Lisa I love Lisa today is Matt's Birthday and um so I saw that on Facebook earlier oh okay okay yeah um I Had uh Caff coffee on too I remember I Had her and she's the first female fir Woman in the state of Connecticut um she Yeah she transitioned into being a Firefighter and um she she works in in Norwich as well so I thought that was Cool and I I I love I love the track People the track athletes and the Stories because track is is so different Because you know it's a team sport but It's Individualized so so it requires it Requires a huge commitment and you know Training on your own quite a bit and a Lot to be successful
