Selman Bridges: Lake Belton High School Football – the Newest NUC 5 Star DB continues to Impress !!

Selman Bridges, a junior at Lake Belton High School in Texas, has recently been lauded for his football excellence. He recently earned a five-star rating from NUC Sports, and is seen as a top prospect for college football.

Bridges has been playing football since he was a young child, and attributes much of his success to the hard work and dedication he put in while growing up. He started seriously training when he was in high school and started to gain recognition as he developed his skills.  He plays for the Trillion Boys 7 on 7 Club!

Selman has always been a major contributing factor to his team, but his work ethic and athletic ability began to really shine as he progressed in his playing career. During this time, he proved himself to be a leader and a reliable asset on the field. He is a playmaker and often the go-to guy when his team is in need of a big play.

In terms of physical ability, Bridges stands at 6.3’ 170 lbs and is a natural athlete. He has tremendous speed.  As a member of the school’s track team, he has logged times of 22.9 in the 200 meter dash as a sophomore.  Selman has a knack for making plays when needed, he uses his superior ball skills to sway momentum in his team’s favor.  All of these attributes helped him earn his five-star rating from NUC Sports.

Bridges is now being recruited by some of the top college football programs in the country. His future looks bright, and it seems likely that he will gain even more recognition and success in the future. Lake Belton High School can be proud to have him as a student, and is sure to go far in his collegiate career.  During his junior year, he accounted for 46 tackles, 6 Pass Break Up’s, and 2 Interceptions helping his team to an 8-3 record!

Off the field, Bridges is a leader both in the locker room and in the community. He is a mentor to the younger players and sets the example as a role model for aspiring football players. He also continues to be involved in a number of community outreach programs, where he continues to work hard to ensure a bright future for the surrounding communities.
