Pure Passion or Just How You Approach Life

Pure Passion or Just How You Approach Life

I have had this question asked to me many times and this is usually my answer but i cannot even define it as pure passion, but the longer I run my business in football, the longer I coach football, and the longer I work on helping others achieve their goals I realize that it’s just how I approach life.

It’s hard for others who do not understand or to comprehend, but I do not have a job, I do not focus in one area or vertical market. I do not limit myself to be just a football coach. What I focus on is being someone that helps others get where they want to go by helping them understand how they might want to approach life. The reason I say might is that there are many ways to skin the cat and I do not believe mine is the only one, but I believe that for me and for thousands of others I work with, it is one of the best ways. I have chose football is the single sport or vertical that I enjoy most, but becoming excellent as a coach and helping mold others is more than just knowing your sport. It’s knowing who you are, what you want to be, and how you to influence others to see some of the knowledge that you would like to share with them.

It’s just how I approach life. I have been asked what is it that you do, what is it that you give everything to. I like to say I give everything to helping others achieve their goals. I happen to focus mostly on football and business, but that is what I do every day. At the end of the day my goal is always that anyone that works with me, learns more about life, more about what it takes to succeed, learns more about their craft, and learns how they can approach life in a way that pushes them to a better place. What is that better place? A place where they can believe in themselves, trust themselves, handle any adversity and do it in stride. The key element out of that is that when they do that, they will be enormously successful on passing on what they learned to someone else and will help that someone else improve in their own life.
