Immanuel Iheanacho, a sophomore at Georgetown Prep High School in Maryland, has recently been lauded for his football excellence. He recently earned a five-star rating from NUC Sports, and is seen as a top prospect for college football.

Iheanacho is an incredible athlete, participating in both varsity football and basketball.  Since he was a young kid, he has always prided himself on the hard work and dedication he puts in on and off the field.  He family in originally from Nigeria and actually won a lottery which gave them the ability to make the move to the United States, the opportunities presented to him are something this young man uses as his fuel to be great.  He started seriously training when he entered high school, he has a unique schedule in which he works out every morning at 6 a.m.  He has now started to gain recognition as he continues to develop and mature.

Immanuel has always been a major contributor to his team, but his work ethic and natural athletic ability really began to shine when he entered high school. During this time, he proved himself to be a team leader and a reliable asset on the field.

In terms of physical ability, Iheanacho is a natural athlete, he has quick feet allowing him to get off the ball with an explosive first step.  As a 6-7” 340 lb OL he possesses an above average level of strength and power.  Additionally, his hand placement and ability to get to the next level are top-notch, as is his football IQ, which is incredibly high.  All of these attributes helped him earn his five-star rating from NUC Sports.

Immanuel is now being recruited by some of the top college football programs in the country. His future looks bright, and it seems likely that he will gain even more recognition and success in the future. Georgetown Prep High School can be proud to have had him as a student, and Iheanacho is sure to go far in his collegiate career.

Immanuel was named first team all-league as a sophomore.  He was also the only underclassman to earn First Team All-State honors!  

Off the field, Iheanacho is a leader both in the locker room and in the community. He is a mentor to younger players and a role model for aspiring student athletes. He displays tremendous character and dedication to his craft while at the same time continues to be involved in a number of community outreach programs.  Immauel, works hard to ensure a bright future for the communities he serves.

The size and strength of this young man is really what separates him from the rest of his class.  He only continue to improve with every single workout and rep he participates in.  The big man projects to be an OL at the next level but dont down play his abilities on the defensive side of the ball as well!  This young man will be a huge grab for any major college program, he checks all the boxes not just on the field but off the field as well!
