Frankie Arthur – Oak Ridge High School, Conroe, Texas – Speed plus Power equals a NUC 5 Star Rating for the 2024 RB  !!!

Frankie Arthur just finished his Junior Season at Oak Ridge High School in Conroe, Texas and has recently been lauded for his football excellence. Arthur is one of the top Running Backs in the 2024 class.  His combination of speed and power is off the charts, at 5-10 just under 200 pounds he has phenomenal quickness and speed which most athletes don’t have.  He plays bigger than his frame, bringing an extra level of toughness to his runs. The multi-sport athlete also produces on the track, where he has clocked a 10.71 in the 100 and a 22.69 in the 200 meter race. He has recently earned a five-star rating from NUC Sports, and is seen as a top prospect for college football.

Arthur attributes much of his success to the hard work and dedication he put in while growing up.  He started seriously training in middle school and ultimately took it to another level once he entered High School at Oak Ridge.  Those extra hours training have definitely paid off, as the big time athlete is coming off a great 2022 season.  He accounted for 1,445 yards on 159 carries with 18 TDs, that’s 9 yards a carry and caught 19 passes for 250 yards and 2 more scores!

The top 2024 recruit has always been a major contributor to his team, but his work ethic and natural athletic ability really began to surface as he developed and evolved as a player on and off the field.  During this time, he proved himself to be a major asset and a reliable teammate not only during games but off the field as well. He is a gamebreaker that can alter a game in multiple facets, whether a run or a catch.

In terms of physical ability, his speed is excellent, pair that with his quickness and you have a complete 3 down back.  His hands are soft and reliable, there is also a smoothness to him, a calmness that comes with a great understanding of the game .  He has a powerful first step, allowing him to explode off the ball and get into a defender but also possess the ability to make him miss. He can also just flat out run away from you!! . All of these attributes helped him earn his five-star rating from NUC Sports.

Arthur is now being recruited by some of the top college football programs in the country. His future looks bright, and it seems likely that he will gain even more recognition and success in the future. Houston, Kansas, Louisville, TCU, Texas Tech, Oregon, Tulane, UCF, Georgia Tech, and Baylor all have offered!

Frankie is a throwback running back, what do I mean by that? Well, he has the ability to stay on the field for all 3 downs, something that in this era of college football is a rarity.  He has the speed to run away, the power to stay inside the tackles, and the hands to catch the ball whether out of the backfield or lined up in the slot.  A natural leader who will work hard and ultimately make your program better!
