Carson Sue’su’e Granger High School Football – New 5 Star Sharpens His Skills
Carson Sue’su’e, a junior at Granger High School in West Valley City, Utah, has recently been lauded for his football excellence. He has earned a five-star rating from NUC Sports, and is seen as a top prospect for college football.
Carson has recently left PowerHouse De La Salle High School in California for Granger High School in West Valley City, Utah. The soon to be senior is seen as one of the top college football prospects for 2024! A QB on most college program big boards but has also been tabbed as an athlete by some.
He attributes much of his success to the hard work, dedication, and time he put in while growing up. He started seriously training when he was in high school and started to gain recognition as he developed. Carson is one of the most dedicated kids you will see, morning workouts, participates in other sports, he is a dominant Volleyball player, Track work, Weight Room he is constantly training to be the best player he can be.
Sue’su’e has always been a major contributor to his team, but his work ethic and natural athletic ability really began to shine through this season. During this time, he proved himself to be a team leader and a reliable asset on the field. He was often the go-to player when his team was in need of a big play. In terms of physical ability, Carson is a natural athlete. He has quick feet and is a great leaper, making him a powerful presence in any offense. Additionally, his arm strength and accuracy are top-notch, and his football IQ is incredibly high. He has the rare ability to roll out and make throws on the run, both to his throwing arm side and his weak side. All of these attributes helped him earn his five-star rating from NUC Sports.
He is now being recruited by some of the top college football programs in the country. His future looks bright, and it seems likely that he will gain even more recognition and success in the future. Tennessee, Arizona State, Pitt, Utah, Utah State, UNLV and Hawaii have all offered, but Texas has also shown some serious interest.
Off the field, Sue’su’e is a leader both in the locker room and in the community. His work ethic and passion to get better radiates to those around him. He is a mentor to younger players and a role model for aspiring football players. He also plays for Team Pala 7 on 7 club.
Carson has a great future, whether California or Utah, this kid will leave a mark no matter what High School he attends. The passion and drive radiate to others around him. The QB/ATH could possibly be looked at as a WR at the next level but a 6-5 QB is hard to pass up. The natural leadership also tips the scale to QB. Either way, this kid is one to keep an eye on in the 2024 class!!!
