As a RB he punishes tacklers, breaking into the second level and ultimately running away from defenders for big plays.
Defensively, his first step is always downhill, meeting ball carriers at the line of scrimmage or behind where he finishes with authority. Platt has excellent footwork and beats opponents to the spot, allowing him to Win one on one battles in the trenches. He also possesses the ability to run sideline to sideline and cover when needed!! All of these attributes helped him earn his five-star rating from NUC Sports.
He was named Max Preps Wasington State Football player of the Year for 2022. Platt carries a 4.0 GPA and is a major contributing member of the Yelm Varsity track program where he competes in both running and throwing events.
