But then from there looking at it as how Can I Inspire my athletes every day how Can I make this fun for them now I know At the higher levels you know sometimes Fun is is not a word we want to use but How can I make this fun for them where The learning is good and and part of That is making sure the practice is Planned well very now planning in Organization is not fun but what's F not Fun Neary what's not fun is a 10-year-old having to stand there while You explain again how we rotate in this Drill a 10-year-old standing there Waiting five minutes for their turn to Go in a drill because you've got a Million kids in this drill and only one Ball or whatever that is kids have like Seven second attention spans right you Have to yeah I mean they're Tik Tock all Day long boom boom boom boom swipe swipe Swipe well as coaches we have to do a Much better job And I hate to say this but we have to do A much better job tiktock ifying or Instagram ifying our practices to a Degree to a degree 100 I agree on that 100% and in order to do that we have to Be prepared and more organized with what We're going to do if it's just me at Practice or if I have four other Volunteers or whatever it is we have to Be more prepared so that the students so That these kids teenagers or
