Now one of the great drills we do for Linebackers which is one of the big Drills that dbs do um is the w Gel and the reason we do the w drill now Is because we want to be able to get Linebacker to have the ability to cover Uh the ability to cover ground ability Go backwards and forwards and open up And move their hips Um be able to have ball skills more and More as they go higher and higher up Level wise Having db skills are going to be key in In order for them to be able to play at The college level especially the highest Level No longer are linebackers going to be Able to just come downhill only And play run and limit how many downs They're in
